The last day to apply for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program will be on March 31 until 5 pm. Applications for the CA-COVID-19 Rent Relief Program will be closing at the end of March. The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program provides greatly needed rent relief to Californians who have faced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Apply here: https://housing.ca.gov/ The ERAP applications close March 31st. If you have already submitted a COVID-19 Renters Relief application,, please do NOT submit a new application. If you need additional financial assistance or need to find the status of your pending application, please check online at housingiskey.com or call (833) 430-2122.
Applications Open for CA Mortgage Relief Program, The California Mortgage Relief Program will provide financial assistance to homeowners who have fallen behind on their housing payments. Households at or below 100% AMI are eligible. Visit CAMortgageRelief.org to apply.
